October Sunshine

Today was an almost perfect day. The weather was beautiful. The sun was shining and I was able to wear a sleeveless top in October! There were days in August I couldn't do that! I had a lie in after having friends around last night for a Mexican night and then I went to Yarm. We bought cute candle holders that we're going to try to hang from the ceiling above the TV, had Sunday lunch and I had a cheeky lunch time glass of wine then we went for a walk along the river. We then came back home, watched a film on Netflix and ate homemade chocolate brownies. It really was a prefect day until about 5 o'clock when the Mr went to work for night shift and I did lesson planning and prep. Oh well, I had the change of blog name and the header to entertain me when I stopped working and now I'm heading to bed with company magazine for company. 

This top is from Topshop. I nearly didn't keep it because if I'm honest the style doesn't really suit me. It's a little boxy for my figure, but I loved the print too much to return it. It looks better on my figure with a skirt and a very high wasted belt to nip in the waist, but today was definitely a jeans day!

I loved these shoes when I first for them. They're so comfy, but they got wet last week and the water made them kind of stiff.
