How far along?
16 weeks and 5 days.
Total weight gain?
Still no idea, but I'm finding fewer and fewer clothes fit around my stomach. I must start either weighting or measuring myself.
I bought a floral dress and a black maxi skirt from ASOS. The maxi skirt is sooo comfortable and makes me feel a little bit better about having some work appropriate clothes. I'm pretty sorted for day time, but I went out for a meal last night and wanted to get a little bit more dressed up and I really struggled. I think I need to invest in a more dressy dress or two because I have a few friend's 30th birthday nights out coming up. Speaking of 30th birthdays I have a friend's 1920s birthday party to attend next weekend and you cannot get anything flapper style in maternity! I'm having to improvise!
None yet. I am still using Clarins Firming Body Treatment and alternating it with some organic body lotion.
I'm still not sleeping great at night I have tried supporting my bump with a pillow which helps a little. I feel like I could nap right throughout the day if I let myself.
Best moments of the week?
Feeling our baby move! I woke up early and really felt it a few days ago and I have had quite a lot of flutters since. I like how I can pretty much always tell where the baby is and if I can concentrate I can usually feel it. The baby definitely seems to prefer my left side to my right side!
Worst moment this week?
I still occasionally feel sick especially at night and I felt really bad a couple of nights ago and got a bit emotional, but all in all it's been a pretty good week.
Still red wine! And eggs Florentine with hollandaise sauce, but I managed to get hold of some M&S hollandaise sauce which is safe to eat and tasted pretty good, even on my well done (no runny yoke) eggs.
See above! It feels great to feel the baby move. I seem to really feel it early in the morning, at about 5:30am then a few times throughout the day.
Pretty much the same as last week. Mainly fruit, especially peaches. I've also been craving anything made with tomatoes: tomato soup, tomato pasta sauce etc. I wasn't too bothered about chocolate for the first 3 or 4 months, but my sweet tooth seems to becoming back and I can't get enough Green and Blacks chocolate and M&S veggie Percy Pigs.
Anything making you feel queasy or sick?
Fewer and fewer things are making me feel queasy. I still can't really face lentils and if I eat anything too rich or creamy it makes me feel really sick afterwards. I have been sick every time I have eaten cream over the past couple of weeks.
We are finding out when I am 20 weeks and I cannot wait! I am getting a little bit tired of people telling me I shouldn't and that it will spoil the surprise! Has anyone else found that people constantly offer their views on this?
Al little bit of tiredness, feeling a little sick at night and a blocked nose. Nothing too bad this week though.
Belly button in or out?
Very much in and showing no signs of popping out!
Happy or moody most of the time?
Happy most of the time, but the odd time that I have felt down I have felt really down!
Looking forward to?
Continuing to feel the baby move. Finally buying some baby clothes I hope!
